Meditation Classes in Passage West, Cork with Michelle A. Hardwick

A self-care practice that will benefit every area of your life

Join Michelle A. Hardwick for a guided meditation class which is easy to follow and suitable for those with busy minds.

Dates: The first and last Wednesday of every month
Time: 7.30-8.30pm
Venue: PACE Hall, Main Street, Passage West, Cork
Parking: On-street and either side of the PACE Hall
Comfort: Chairs are provided, however if you have a yoga mat and wish to lie down, please feel free to bring it. Also bring your own blanket and pillow; notebook/journal and pen; drinking water (in a bottle). Wear warm comfortable clothing and a pair of warm socks.
MP3: Each meditation class will be recorded and sent to you so that you can listen between sessions and strengthen your practice.
Fee for the evening: Online discounted price €18 per person. Or €20 on the night. Pay as you Go.

This is an opportunity to schedule time for self-care, calmness and relaxation into your diaries.

Each week, the content will be tailored to meet the needs of the group.  The guided meditation and relaxation experiences are recorded and a copy will be sent after the class. When used regularly the recording can help augment your practice, develop relaxation skills and strengthen your resilience. More about the practice of meditation here

Weekend Retreats Cork

Need some ‘me time’? If you would you like to unplug from the daily demands and take some time away and discover more about yourself then consider joining us for a Weekend Retreat. Michelle (pictured right) regularly facilitates these weekend retreat experiences in Mallow at the Springfort Hall Hotelfind out when the next one is due.

Based in Cork, Michelle creates a safe and nurturing environment. She is highly skilled and her areas of expertise include Meditation, Hypnotherapy, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques). She qualified in the year 2000 and has been practicing and teaching since then. Michelle’s business (Release…Peace) combines potent tools for change, evolution and growth. She facilitates regular weekend retreats in Mallow. In addition, one to one consultations for positive change are available in person in Cobh or at the Natural Clinic in Cork and also online.
