Kind Feedback
I’m genuinely grateful to every client who has taken the time to share their experience. Working with people from so many different countries, cultures and walks of life is one of the greatest privileges of my work and these words mean so much to me:
“I am going to cancel my upcoming appointment on the 04th February. To be honest, I don’t feel I need it. I’m in a really good place now, and I’m able to maintain a decent balance in my life. I really appreciate working with you over the years. You played a big part in getting me to where I am now. Thank you!”
M.G., Ireland 2024-5
“I look forward to continuing working with you. I am finding out a lot of things that make sense. Importantly, it is helping me with clearer understanding of my child and how to communicate with them.”
K. Wales 2024-5
“Thank you for this afternoon my head and heart feel lighter than they have in over a week and it’s so welcomed.”
L. Ireland 2025
More Kind Words
“My experience of counselling was nothing compared to my experience of working with you whereby you share, teach, guide and support people in making concrete change with valuable tools.”
Jenny, Cork
“Great session and thank you ever so much. I really got so much out of that session and it all makes so much sense. Now from having the session yesterday, my dreams make a lot of sense. A million thanks, I really value and appreciate you for this. Hugs”
Mary, Ireland
“A big session today. I’m definitely feeling different. The first incident we dealt with has never been mentioned before. I can actually relax, I feel safe with you and I am ready to move forward. Thanks again for all you do, for your support and care.”
Nicky, Wales
Questions About Menopause Consultations in Cork and Online
Your first menopause consultation in Cork or online is completely free: a 30-minute no-obligation chat to see if we’re the right fit. Here are some questions I’m often asked about menopause consultations in Cork and online:
1. Is an online session as good as being in person?
In my experience, yes – often surprisingly so. Most clients find that being in their own space actually helps them relax and open up more easily. In practice, I use a simple, secure platform and I’ll walk you through everything before we start so there’s nothing to worry about technically.
2. What if we’re in different time zones?
Over the years, I’ve worked with clients all over the world and I’m flexible with scheduling. If you’re outside Ireland, simply let me know where you’re based when you get in touch and we’ll find a time that works for both of us.
3. I’m from a different culture – will you understand my background?
Absolutely. In fact, for over 25 years I’ve worked with people from many different cultures and backgrounds across Ireland, the UK, Asia, the US, Australia and beyond. I’ll always take the time to understand your context and what feels right for you.
Practical Matters
4. Will our sessions be completely private?
Yes – completely. Importantly, everything discussed in our sessions stays between us. I operate in full compliance with Irish and EU data protection regulations, and your confidentiality and privacy are something I take very seriously.
5. How do I pay?
For international clients, I’m happy to discuss whatever payment method works best for you – just ask and we’ll sort it out simply and easily.
