Have you been meaning to try mindfulness classes in Cork or online but never quite got around to it? Or maybe you’ve tried meditation before and couldn’t quiet your mind? You’re in good company and that’s exactly why my classes are designed the way they are. Relaxed, practical and completely beginner-friendly, with no experience needed whatsoever.

Meditation and Mindfulness Classes – What to Expect

Each class gives you a proper chance to slow down, breathe and reconnect with yourself, in the company of like-minded people. There will be plenty of time to actually feel the benefit rather than rushing through it.

Every week has a different focus. If something is coming up for you personally, I’m happy to work with that on the spot. You’ll also receive a guided meditation recording after each class so you can continue to practice at home, at work or wherever suits you.
