Online Meditation, Mindfulness & Relaxation Classes
Our online guided meditation, mindfulness and relaxation classes are tailored for all participants – from those who find themselves just learning or beginning to meditate, to advanced students who have been meditating regularly for years.
As part of our on-going commitment to help and support our clients or meditation class participants, each guided meditation and relaxation experience we facilitate is recorded. The recording is then emailed as an MP3 link. Once downloaded, participants can continue to practice at home or work.
Private Meditation and Mindfulness Consultation
During our 1-hour online meditation and mindfulness consultation, we share a variety of ways to relax, our meditation essentials, breathing techniques and a customized guided meditation experience.
As part of our on-going commitment to help and support our clients, the meditation experience is recorded and then emailed as an MP3 link. The practice of meditation can then be continued at home/work.
