Mindfulness, Guided Meditation & Relaxation Classes
We share tips and suggestions to help you relax, unwind and maintain a sense of calm each week. Each week, the content in both the Beginner and the Advance Classes will be tailored to meet the needs of the group. The guided meditation and relaxation experiences are recorded and a copy will be sent after the class. When used regularly the recording can help augment your practice, develop relaxation skills and strengthen your resilience. More about the practice of meditation here
