Join Michelle A. Hardwick for her weekly Guided Meditation & Relaxation experience at the Maryborough Hotel Leisure Centre, Douglas, Cork, Ireland. Together we’ll share tips and suggestions to help you stay balanced, to nurture yourself and maintain a sense of calm as the winter progresses (when we become busy with the stresses and strains of life again).

Each evening will be customized to best meet the needs of the group present. The meditation and relaxation experience will be recorded and the MP3 will be sent to you on Friday as an email link to download. When used, this recording will help you continue your practice at home/in the office/while travelling.
