Online Meditation & Mindfulness Class

A practice that will benefit every area of your life

Join Michelle A. Hardwick for her weekly online meditation and mindfulness classes for the members of the Maryborough Hotel Leisure Centre. Our online meditation and mindfulness classes are a perfect opportunity to take time away for yourself from your busy life. The classes are very easy to follow and helpful for busy minds. They require no previous experience, are suitable for everyone and an ideal way to dip your toe into the world of meditation and mindfulness.

Through talks, Q&A’s, guided meditations and relaxations, you can learn to use meditation and mindfulness in your everyday life, to help solve challenges and problems and ultimately find peace, freedom and happiness.

Each evening will be tailored to best meet the needs of the group present.  The meditation and relaxation experience will be recorded and the MP3 will be sent to you as an email link. This recording when used, will help you continue your practice at home/in the office/while travelling. Together we’ll share tips and suggestions to help you stay balanced, to nurture yourself and maintain a sense of calm as the year progresses.
