This is an opportunity to schedule time for self-care, calmness and relaxation into your diaries.
Each evening will be tailored to best meet the needs of the group present. The meditation and relaxation experience will be recorded and the MP3 will be sent to you as an email link on Friday. This recording when used, will help you continue your practice at home/in the office/while travelling.
Together we’ll share tips and suggestions to help you stay balanced, to nurture yourself and maintain a sense of calm as the winter progresses (when we become busy with the stresses and strains of life again).
