Intensive RetreatWe’d like to invite you to our next Intensive Retreat on 22-24th November 2024. This is a chance to step into a realm of deep, inner work and transformation. Set in the serene landscape of the Mealagh Valley, this area is steeped in ancient history and wisdom. The valley is a powerful portal with pristine energy; housing standing stones/circle, a Neolithic Wedge Tomb and sacred Holy Well … ready and waiting for you to explore! Personal Journey of TransformationOur Intensive, experiential Retreat has 6 different teaching/sharing sessions running over 3 days. The sessions are all designed for you to embrace the new with like-minded souls. The weekend will be filled with opportunities to explore specific topics as they arise within the group, all aimed towards your evolution and inner growth. There is time for you to connect more strongly to your own divinity in a way you might not have before. Plus you will be part of an inspirational community that will become your new-found tribe & family. Also during the weekend, there will be time for you to fill yourself up: to rest, relax, reflect, and explore – within and without. Join us Friday November 22 starting from 4.30pm – Sunday November 24 2024 and ending at 6.30pm. What’s Included? This in-person, interactive, Intensive Retreat weekend includes opportunities to:

Your VenueYou will be staying two nights in the stylish, tastefully decorated Wild Hideaways Luxury Lodges, overlooking Bantry Bay, West Cork, Ireland. (Eircode P75 P599). Here you can relax, feel peaceful, and unwind in luxurious calm settings. Wild Hideaways is a top quality home away from home. The Lodges are individual cozy, gorgeous pods furnished to a very high standard with twin-beds, a modern toilet, shower room and amenities including your own kitchen. The twin beds are sumptuous, ensuring your stay (and your sleep) is as comfortable, as it is memorable. You will wake up to uninterrupted views of Bantry Bay, as you let the tranquillity of West Cork enhance your overall experience. At night you can luxuriate under the stars and moon in an individual private, secluded outdoor bath (tucked in beside your Lodge) or enjoy a sunrise dip! The Lodges are situated in private, secluded grounds in the Mealagh Valley. This is an extremely picturesque location beside native woodlands and meandering rivers. Looking for a Room Mate?If you’d like to be paired with a room-mate, please let us know and we’ll do our best to pair you up with someone who is looking to share a Lodge. We’ll connect you together so that you can have time to connect prior to the weekend. If there is no-one to pair up with however, your stay will be classified as a single room and an additional supplement will be added to your overall retreat fee. The Intensive Weekend Retreat begins on Friday November 22 at 4.30pm and runs until Sunday November 24 2024 6.30pm. Please ensure you arrive on time to start the weekend as well as for all transformative sessions in the Hall. Dietary RequirementsDo let us know of your dietary requirements at least 2-3 weeks before our retreat starts. We are happy to help with the appropriate foods that suit your needs. We ask that you clearly state the allergies you have, as well as food intolerances and your dietary preferences. If you have an extensive list, perhaps share with us the options of what you can eat. There will be plenty of food served during the weekend – it will all be tasty, filling and vegetarian. Irish WeatherThis retreat will be held during late Autumn. This means we could have a couple of glorious sunny, fresh, crisp days. Alternatively it could be cold with considerable amounts of rain [it is Ireland after all!]. Please make sure you bring something warm to wear during the meditation sessions (perhaps even a hot water bottle), warm blankets and socks along with comfortable clothing. Rain gear is advisable, along with a good waterproof coat, waterproof trousers, sturdy waterproof/water-repellent boots (if you wish to go walking/hiking). Bring a torch with you as well. Make sure whatever you bring (thick/thin layers are advisable) that will ensure you will be warm and comfortable. Leave your dresses at home this weekend! Internet AccessWifi signals are the strongest in the Eco Lodges. There is very little coverage in the Hall. We know it’s difficult to detach from the “world wide web”, but we suggest if possible, you take the opportunity to be off grid as much as you are able. That way you can really get the most out of your weekend together with us. Travelling To IrelandIf you are booking a flight to Ireland, we recommend you travel to Cork Airport. Ensure your flight arrives on the morning of November 22nd so you have ample time to travel to the Lodges which are 78 km away from the accommodation. Also make sure that your flight departs after 11pm on 24th (or the morning of 25th). We can arrange for an additional night at the Eco Lodges either before or after the retreat. Let us know if you wish to do this. Contact us to discuss your options. |
