Guided Meditation Evening in Passage West, Cork, Ireland

A practice that will benefit every area of your life
Join Michelle A. Hardwick for her guided meditation experience. Suitable for those with busy minds and new to meditation. This will be easy to follow.
Dates: August 28th (Every second Monday – excluding Bank Holidays)
Time: 7.30-8.30pm
Venue: PACE Hall, Main Street, Passage West
Parking: On-street and either side of the PACE Hall
Comfort: Chairs are provided, however if you have a yoga mat and wish to lie down, please feel free to bring it.
Also bring your own blanket and pillow; notebook/journal and pen; drinking water (in a bottle). Wear warm comfortable clothing and a pair of warm socks.
MP3: Each meditation session will be recorded and sent to you so that you can listen between sessions and strengthen your practice.
Fee for the evening: €15 per person. Pay as you Go.
