Cancellation Policy

1. Please keep in mind, if you have to cancel all deposits and payments for retreat and/or accommodation are non-refundable. Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the monies already paid.

2. If the original participant/applicant is unable to attend and is able to offer a suitable replacement, then Release…Peace will transfer payment previously paid by the original applicant to the replacement applicant. (See Note 1 below)

Note 1. If the original applicant cancels their booking and a replacement applicant is accepted, Release…Peace will transfer all monies previously paid, minus admin fees of 50 euros along with the original applicant’s deposit/payment, onto the replacement applicant’s balance. Release…Peace will take no responsibility for financial agreements between the original applicant and replacement applicant in respect of monies paid for the retreat.

3. We reserve the right to cancel the retreat if it is not meeting the minimum required numbers. (If we do so, you will be refunded in full).

4. If the advertised venue for the retreat event becomes unavailable or unsuitable, we reserve the right to offer an alternative venue, which will be of a similar or higher standard and equally suitable for the retreat.

5. We strongly recommend that all applicants take out insurance in the event of having to cancel or withdraw from a course due to illness, transport problems, acts of God or other unforeseen personal circumstances. Release…Peace cannot be held responsible if an applicant is unable to attend the retreat and loses monies paid.

6. All balances must be paid by the date stated, before the retreat commences. Should this not be possible, your place on the retreat will automatically be forfeited, unless the applicant has advised Release…Peace of the delay and an agreement has been made for later payment.

7. Should the exchange rate vary more than 5%, the price/fee for the retreat will be subject to change. Cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans.

8. If we find that the retreat is not a good fit for you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. In which case, your payments will be fully refunded.

9. At the time of writing (September 2024) there are no requirements for vaccination, testing or masks at this retreat.
