What Is This Journey?

The Legacy Gifts Journey is a 4-month journey into your four ancestral lineages – not to clear trauma (although that may happen), but to reclaim the gifts that are your birthright.

Each month, we’ll explore one lineage through meditation and gentle healing practices. You’ll discover the wisdom, strength and capacities that have been passed down through your ancestors – often hidden beneath burdens they also carried.

This isn’t about fixing what’s broken. It’s about downloading what’s already yours.

The Four Lineages We’ll Explore

Month 1: Your Maternal Grandmother’s Line

The Divine Feminine wisdom passed through your mother’s mother and all the mothers before her. We’ll explore: intuition, nurturing capacity, emotional wisdom, creative power and the ability to hold and heal.

Month 2: Your Maternal Grandfather’s Line

The strength that came through your mother’s father – the masculine energy that supported the feminine line. We’ll explore: protective power, practical wisdom, resilience, courage and the capacity to provide and build.

Month 3: Your Paternal Grandmother’s Line

The feminine wisdom that birthed your father’s line – often overlooked but deeply powerful. We’ll explore: fierce grace, quiet strength, ancestral knowing, the ability to endure and wisdom earned through challenge.

Month 4: Your Paternal Grandfather’s Line

The patriarchal lineage – with all its complexity, burden and gift. We’ll explore: leadership, vision, determination, the capacity to create legacy and the medicine of conscious masculinity.

We’ll work with the legacy burdens, helping them to be released so you can remember the gifts that were meant to be carried.

We’ll bring conscious awareness to what’s been unconsciously passed down.

Between sessions, you’ll connect with other participants to share discoveries, support each other’s integration and witness each other’s journey. This work is too profound to do alone.

Commitment to All 4 Months

This isn’t a ‘pick and choose’ programme. Here’s why the full 4-month commitment is essential:

1. Your lineages are interconnected

You can’t fully understand your maternal grandmother’s gifts without exploring how they interacted with your maternal grandfather’s line. Each lineage informs the others. Skipping one leaves gaps in your understanding.

2. Integration takes time

Month 1’s insights will still be unfolding in Month 3. This work doesn’t happen linearly. The four months create a container for deep transformation that can’t be rushed.

3. The group matters

When everyone commits to the full journey, we create a stable, safe container. People dropping in and out disrupts the energetic field and the trust we’re building together.

4. You need all four 

You are the confluence of all four lineages. Exploring only one or two leaves you with an incomplete picture. The gifts from all four lines come together to create the fullness of who you are.
