Here are some gentle ways to amplify love in your life this month:
1. Start each morning with a moment of self-appreciation. Place your hand on your heart, say “thank you” and acknowledge one thing you’re happy/content/proud of about yourself.
2. Reach out to someone you care about – not just on Valentine’s Day, but any day. Send that “How are you? I’ve been thinking of you” text you’ve been meaning to send for ages.
3. Create a love-filled environment at your desk or in your home. Fill your space with things that bring you joy: whether that’s fresh flowers, your favourite oils/scented candle or photos that make you smile and feel good.
A Special Invitation: Journey to Freedom & Self-Love
Speaking of self-love, I’m thrilled to share a special offering starting in March 2025. I’ll be hosting online classes dedicated to helping release “stuff” that’s arising in our lives (or as a result of what’s happening on the world-wide ‘stage’) and embrace more freedom and self-love in our life. In these intimate monthly sessions, we’ll:
– Explore practical techniques for release
– Learn powerful self-love practices
– Create a supportive community of like-minded individuals
– Develop personalised strategies for breaking free from limiting patterns
